A Christmas Carol is one of my all-time favorite stories! I read it every year and watch any movie version that I can find. I like to think that I've learned Marley's lesson and practice it year round.
It's the best we can do - remember and practice -- Happy Holiday Season!
I don't know if my daughter has ever read the Dickens original, but it's her favorite play! This year she is playing Belle, the love Scrooge loses in his focus on gain, as well as the ghost of his sister, Fan. Can't wait to see it!
I did check - It's professional theater, so no Zoom tickets, which is too bad, because I've heard very good things about this version. I don't get to see it until Christmas Eve!
It depends on the venue. A lot of the schools and churches are still doing it. Now that most of us have figured it out, it makes a nice semi-easy income for places looking to make a profit. Churches, some schools and funeral homes are doing it to simply help long-distance attendees.
Excellent insights this week, roomie! I appreciate your weekly posts. Hope the performances go smoothly!
Aw, thanks! I appreciate your reading them ❤️
Hope you’re doing well- I need to organize another Bainbridge outing one of these days !

I'd love to see it! What's the price of a Zoom ticket? :-)

Are they still doing Zoom theater in Ky? I think out here it’s all back to filling seats!

Amen to all this. Though I will speak up for A Muppet Christmas Carol
